The video has a paper banner affixed to the front that reads "Marilyn Monroe - Collectors Video Never Before Seen 8 - Minutes, Uncensored Nude Scenes" this actually refers to the famous loop "The Apple-Knockers and the Coke" (c. 1948) staring Monroe look-alike Arline Hunter.

If you notice the slipcase also has the same skull artwork that is featured on the cover of "Death Faces" making me think Nightmare Productions is (or at least realated to) Deluxe Movie Videos. I also think that Nightmare Productions/Deluxe Movie Videos is the same (or at least related to) Distinctive Movie Network, you will also note that the same skull design (or slight variation) is featured on the videos "Dying: Last Seconds of Life" (a retitling of "Death Faces") & "Dying: Last Seconds of Life, Part II". I will even take it a step further and say that Distinctive Movie Network morphed into or at least was taken over by Fame Entertainment. Fame Entertainment also released "Beyond Reality" (a retitling of "Death Faces"/"Dying: Last Seconds of Life" and "Beyond Reality 2" a retitling of "Dying: Last Seconds of Life, Part II") Other companies I feel are related to this mystery are DMN Entertainment, DMP Productions, Horror Tyme Productions, IW Entertainment and WAYNE Enterprises among others. There is also a red paper tag affixed to the top of the slipcase (which I have included under 'related images' that states "Exclusive Distributor Fame Entertainment Inc. Jacksonville, FL 1993" making me think that both the paper Marilyn Monroe and Fame Entertainment additions to the slipcase were added when the company changed into Fame? or the old 1988 video stock was taken over by Fame Entertainment in 1993? I'm not sure but I would love to know more.
