Additional Information
Kaplan wants to die and, after botching his suicide attempts, hires a hit man (Gibson) to do the job right. Soon thereafter he falls in love with an equally suicidal Peters. Now he wants to call the hit off but doesn't know how. The plot has lots of potential for bizarre comedy; but TULIPS is a flat, lifeless comedy that shows no sense of style and only a faint hint of the much-needed chemistry between the two leads.

t's no fun being a genius. Take Leland Irving. A high school senior at 13, a college grad at 17, now he's a grown man who just can't seem to relate.

His one attempt to make himself more attractive to women by having a hair transplant, made his head look like a connect-the-dots game.

His life is a disaster. The only logical answer is to kill himself. But, a failure at living, Leland discovers he is also a failure at dying. In desparation, he hires a professional hit man to do the job for him.

Tulips is a wild and kooky love story!
